We have also added information relating to your rights; for instance, how to access your personal information and how to request the ceasing of its use.

DATA PROTECTION POLICY

FERRER SEGARRA S.A. consider it essential to guarantee their clients’ and visitors’ (henceforth referred to as USERS’) personal details collected with the aim of offering them the correct service. In this way, in order to protect the aforementioned privacy, we place special emphasis on the compliance with the existing data protection legislation. The present data protection policy’s objective is to offer maximum transparency of FERRER SEGARRA S.A.’s treatment of personal data.

Therefore, in compliance with the European Law (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament of 27th April 2016 regarding Personal Data Protection, FERRER SEGARRA S.A. informs you in the following document:

1. MANAGEMENT OF PROCESSING

When you request one of our products, service or information, FERRER SEGARRA S.A. only requires the essential information to be able to offer a suitable response to your request.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

All the data collected are checked and examined carefully in order to prevent fraudulent use.

The purpose of data processing corresponds to each of the processing activities done by FERRER SEGARRA S.A. and can be accessed in the processing activity register (see part 10 of this document: Activity Register).

3. TRANSFERRING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

We rely on the collaboration of third parties and service providers who may have access to personal data as a result of the contracted service or goods supplied.

In any case, we follow a strict selection policy of the said third parties in order to comply with their data protection obligations and we sign a corresponding data protection agreement with them where they are obliged to comply with their own data protection duties. Specifically, in order to comply with the legal, technical and organisational measures when processing personal data for the agreed purposes and the prohibition of treating said data for any other purposes or transferring it to other third parties.

In addition, on the occasion when it may be necessary for some legal obligation, and/or for the law courts in compliance with a formal request according to the existing legislation. 4. DATA STORAGE

The data will be stored as long as a commercial, contractual or professional relationship exists with the user and afterwards for as long as necessary in order to comply with the legal obligations in each case.

5. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  • The aforementioned use of personal data is permitted by the European and Spanish data protection laws and complies with the following legal grounds:
  • You have given your consent (completed a consent form to authorise the processing of your personal data for specific purposes and you may revoke this consent at any time).
  • The processing of your personal data is necessary to manage and maintain a contract signed by you.

The processing of your personal data is necessary to comply with our legal obligations. 7. TRANSPARENCY

All personal data supplied by you is used in order to give the highest level of service and also the objective of any data analysis is to improve our services, products or information while maintaining our commitment to the current data protection legislation.

8. STAKEHOLDERS’ RIGHTS

All stakeholders are entitled to:

  • Right of information: You are entitled to be clearly informed about which personal data is being processed, the purpose of the data and where the data was collected BEFORE its collection. In addition, you will be informed whether it has been or will be communicated to someone else.
  • Right of access: In order to know what personal data is being processed, for which purposes, where it has come from and whether it will be communicated to someone else.
  • Right of rectification: In order to rectify incorrect or incomplete personal data.
  • Right of cancellation: In order to cancel inappropriate or excessive personal data.
  • Right of opposition: In order to prevent your personal data being dealt with or ceasing the use of although only in the events established by law.
  • Right of limited processing: In order to solicit the suspension the processing of your personal data in the events established by law.
  • Right of data portability: In order to be able to receive your supplied personal data in a structured and habitual electronic format and to be able to transfer it to another person in charge.
  • Right of not being the object of individual decision: With the objective that no decision will be taken about you which may have legal effects or may affect you based only on the processing of your personal data.

The terms and conditions that govern this website and the relationships that may arise are protected and are subject to Spanish legislation. In order to resolve any type of controversy, litigation or discrepancies which may arise between the user and FERRER SEGARRA S.A. in the use of this website, you agree to the submission thereof to the Courts of Valencia, Spain.
